ABOUT BLEU

"Why BLEU?"

 

Everyone that ever met Bleu knew he was special. He loved the farm and being by our side for farm chores. The farm as a business is rising out of the tragic house fire that took Bleu away from our lives. It is calming and peaceful to our hearts to get to continue to say his name often.

 

Bleu was a rescue; he didn’t have much of a life before we became aware of him. His original owner was killed in a car accident and ultimately he was passed between a few family members. When Clift went to pick him up, he was living in a 1 room apartment and his caretaker was a chain smoker.

 

We took him home to our family farm, and it became apparent he never wanted to leave our side.

 

Our morning routine always had him by our sides, checking cattle and horses before work.

 

We loved Bleu, and he us. His name in this business is to remind us.....

 

Sometimes, we don’t know how much better life can be, until someone shows us.
